Nieces and nephews call her Coco, and you can call her that too. Corrine has an insatiable sweet tooth and loves when desserts feature exciting and savory flavors. She finds solace in rainy days reading with her hubby, grocery store layouts and fun food facts to dazzle partygoers. This soon to be BU alumna also receives great joy in making the sometimes mundane aspects of food studies pop with creativity, and using food as a tool to enact social change.
