if you are curious:

I am a lifetime learner, and culinarian whose ultimate goal in life is to teach people things through food that they never thought they could learn before. Teaching is a profession that is near to my heart, and I would love to be a part of an educational institution one day as a lecturing professor of Food Studies. However, I do know that teaching is apart of all aspects of life and all professions and we are all teachers in some way. I am also very passionate about permaculture, as a possible solution for some of the issues with the current food system. Ancient recipes and ingredients fascinate me as an aspiring food anthropologist because they connect us to the past in a very tangible way. I also enjoy crafting, cooking, food writing and food photography as well.
